Mini Makers Party Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Mini Makers! Please review the following terms and conditions before booking your party.

By submitting a party booking request, paying a deposit, or attending a Mini Makers event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Reservation & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. Party reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the total party balance.

Party Packages

Mini Makers offers a variety of party packages and optional add-ons. Current package details, inclusions, and pricing are available on our website and in your booking confirmation.

The package selected at the time of booking, along with any approved add-ons, will determine the final party balance.

Final Guest Count

Final guest count must be provided at least 7 days before the party date. Including guests beyond the package limit will require charges based on the package selected at the time of booking.

Final Payment

The remaining party balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Any approved add-ons or additional guest charges may be invoiced separately.

Arrival & Party Timing

Party hosts should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled party start time to greet invited guests. Guests may arrive up to 10 minutes before the scheduled party start time. Parties begin and end at the scheduled times to allow for setup, cleanup, and other reservations.

Food & Drink

Families are welcome to bring birthday cake, cupcakes, pizza, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring food. Please note that Mini Makers does not have refrigeration, freezer, or food warming facilities available for party use. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Supervision

A parent, guardian, or designated adult host must remain on-site for the duration of the party. While Mini Makers staff guide activities, parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and behavior of their guests.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please notify Mini Makers of any known allergies, sensitivities, or special accommodations prior to the event. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain a safe environment, Mini Makers cannot guarantee an allergen-free facility.

Participant Waivers

All participating children must have a completed Mini Makers waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participating in activities.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. If notice is provided at least 14 days before the event, the deposit may be transferred to a future available date within six months, subject to availability. Requests made less than 14 days before the event may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Photography

Mini Makers may occasionally take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child or guests to appear in promotional materials, please notify us in writing before the event.

Liability

Participation in slime-making and related activities involves certain inherent risks, including spills, staining of clothing, and minor skin irritation. By booking a party and allowing participants to attend, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Mini Makers LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
